Note from the Nurse:

In case of an illness or emergency, it is important to be able to reach parents at home during the day. It has been challenging for me to do so as many of you have not updated the school on contact information changes. Please take a moment to write down any new phone or cell phone numbers as well as any changes in your emergency contacts. Make sure the relatives or friends listed are willing to transport and assume responsibility for your student in the event you cannot be reached.
